Introduction

CoachPro Consulting ("Company", "We", "Our" or "Us") offers a 100% Moneyback Guarantee Program ("Guarantee Program") to eligible Participants enrolled in select PMI® certification training programs, as a demonstration of Our commitment to quality and successful certification outcomes.

This Policy outlines the terms, eligibility criteria, verification rights, limitations, and disqualification conditions governing the Guarantee Program.

By enrolling in the Guarantee Program, the Participant acknowledges that they fully understand, accept, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.

Eligibility Criteria

Full Fee Payment Requirement

Eligibility applies only to Participants who have paid the full standard fee without availing any promotional code, referral discount, corporate sponsorship discount, bundled offer, or special concession pricing.

Exam Attempt Deadline

The Participant must attempt the PMI certification examination within forty-five (45) calendar days from the official training commencement date recorded by CoachPro Consulting.

Attendance Compliance

The Participant must attend 100% of all live instructor-led sessions. In the event of absence due to unavoidable reasons, the recorded session must be viewed within forty-eight (48) hours, and an acknowledgment of completion must be submitted to the mentor.

Study Plan & Assignment Compliance

The Participant shall strictly follow the study plan, assignments, learning modules, Q&A practice, and revision cycles provided by CoachPro Consulting. Failure to adhere to the prescribed study framework voids eligibility automatically.

Mock Test Completion & Minimum Score Requirement

The Participant must complete all prescribed full-length mock exams and achieve an average score of at least ninety percent (90%) or such updated threshold as announced by CoachPro Consulting. Any mock test score below the threshold or failure to complete assigned tests shall result in automatic disqualification from the Guarantee Program.

Weekly Progress & Communication Responsibility

Participants shall submit weekly progress reports, updates, or LMS activity logs when requested. Failure to respond or communicate progress within the specified timelines will void eligibility.

Mandatory Mentor Clearance ("Ready to Take Exam" Approval)

The Participant must obtain written or email confirmation from the assigned mentor or training coordinator stating "Ready to Take Exam" before scheduling their PMI examination. Scheduling or attempting the exam without mentor clearance voids this Guarantee.

Refund Claim Submission Process

Failure Notification Timeline

In case of an unsuccessful result on the first PMI exam attempt, the Participant must submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days of the exam date.

Supporting Documentation

The Participant must submit:

  • Official PMI score report or failure notice email
  • Date of exam confirmation
  • Original payment receipt/invoice

Failure to provide complete documentation will result in rejection of the refund claim.

Refund Scope, Processing & Limitations

Refund Coverage

Only the training fee paid directly to CoachPro Consulting will be refunded. The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • PMI membership or exam fees (including re-exam fees)
  • Government taxes and payment gateway charges
  • Study materials, mock test engine access, LMS subscriptions, or third-party digital assets
Processing Timeline

Upon successful verification, eligible refunds shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days via the original mode of payment.

Non-Transferability

This Guarantee Program is strictly non-transferable and applies only to the originally enrolled Participant.

Verification, Compliance & Misuse Prevention

CoachPro Consulting reserves the unconditional right to audit and verify all attendance records, LMS logs, communication history, assignment completion status, mentor interaction logs, and mock exam performance before approval of any refund.

Any attempt to manipulate records, misuse policy benefits, or submit misleading documentation shall result in immediate and permanent disqualification without refund, and may lead to legal action in case of fraud.

Professional Conduct & Participation Ethics

Participants are expected to maintain professional communication and respectful conduct with all trainers, mentors, support staff, and other participants.

Any instance of rude behavior, harassment, misuse of community platforms, or violation of digital classroom ethics shall lead to immediate disqualification from the Guarantee Program without further notice.

Disqualification Conditions

Eligibility under this Guarantee Program shall stand automatically void under any of the following:

  • Failure to meet mock test score threshold
  • Missing reporting deadlines or non-responsiveness to mentor communication
  • Attempting the exam without mentor clearance
  • Non-compliance with assignment or study plan obligations
  • Submission of incomplete or delayed refund documentation
  • Unprofessional conduct or misuse of training resources
  • Use of discounted or special pricing

General Provisions

CoachPro Consulting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Guarantee Program at its discretion. Participants already enrolled before such changes will continue to be governed by the policy version active on their training start date.

Any disputes arising out of this policy shall be subject to the governing jurisdiction and legal territory of CoachPro Consulting's registered operations.

Note: This policy may be updated from time to time. The version of the policy in effect on the Participant's training start date shall govern the Participant's rights and obligations under this Guarantee Program.
