Purpose and Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all classroom, online, virtual, hybrid, and self-paced training programs offered by CoachPro Consulting ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By enrolling in any of Our training programs, the Participant ("You" or "Student") acknowledges that You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this Policy.
General Terms
All fees paid towards any training program are non-transferable to another person or batch unless expressly approved in writing by CoachPro Consulting.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to the official support channel of CoachPro Consulting, accompanied by proof of payment and enrollment confirmation.
Approved refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt of a valid refund request.
Any bank fee, payment gateway charge, currency conversion fee, tax deduction, or transaction cost is strictly non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the training without prior written notice will be treated as a "No-Show" and no refund, batch transfer, or credit shall be provided.
Cancellation & Refund — Online / Virtual / Live Training
If cancellation is requested within forty-eight (48) hours of course subscription or payment, 10% of the total course fee shall be deducted as an administrative charge and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is requested after the initial forty-eight (48) hour period, no refund shall be applicable irrespective of attendance or course access status.
Accessing any learning material, LMS login, mock test platform, or recording during the initial 48-hour period will be treated as course consumption and no refund shall be provided thereafter.
Digital Content, LMS Access & Non-Refundable Components
Fees paid towards digital content, downloadable material, LMS access, proprietary frameworks, templates, mock exams, or premium support sessions are strictly non-refundable once access credentials are issued.
Partial payment plans, installment enrollments, and EMI subscriptions are governed by this Policy. Default in payment may result in suspension of access without refund eligibility.
Batch Transfer / Postponement Policy
Requests for batch transfer must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the start date of the originally enrolled batch and will be considered subject to availability and management approval.
Any approved transfer may attract a rescheduling fee up to 10%-20% of the course fee depending on operational and seat allocation impact.
Force Majeure Clause
CoachPro Consulting shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, digital platform outages, or instructor emergencies.
In such events, the Company may reschedule or provide an alternative batch. Direct refunds may not be applicable unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Dispute Resolution & Final Authority
All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, and transfers shall be at the sole discretion of CoachPro Consulting management and shall be deemed final and binding.
Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the registered business location of CoachPro Consulting.
Note: This Policy may be updated from time to time. The version of the Policy in effect on the Participant's training start date shall govern the Participant's rights and obligations under this Policy.
